For car wash owners

Sell more washes.
Every bay. Every hour.
Every day of the week.

RinsePay unlocks the revenue your coin box was leaving on the table — memberships, prepaid bundles, and QR-signup fleet accounts on top of your regular pay-per-wash. Then it keeps customers coming back with points, gift credit, promos, and automatic win-back offers — and hands your accountant P&L, sales-tax and payroll exports at tax time. Customers scan, pay, and wash. Money lands in your bank.

If you run a self-serve wash, you know the drill.

RinsePay fixes every one of these — the same week you sign up.

Every payment method your customers want. Every revenue stream your coin box can't reach.

Subscriptions that print money every month.

Build a membership for any wash at any price you want — $9.99 for unlimited Basic, $29.99 for unlimited Premium, $49.99 for the works. Regulars auto-pay every month from their signup date and you get predictable recurring revenue whether it rains or not.

  • Any price, any wash — set it up in two clicks.
  • Self-serve memberships too — sell unlimited minutes on your wand bays, not just automatics.
  • Daily and monthly wash (or minute) caps — or go unlimited.
  • Limit to specific bay tiers or apply across all your locations.
  • Cancel-anytime plans — customers keep washing until their period ends, then billing stops.

Bundles: cash up front, washes on their schedule.

Build a prepaid pack for any number of washes at any price you want. Three washes for $20. Ten for $45. Fifty for $180. You set the count, you set the price. Customers pay today, redeem whenever.

  • Any number of washes, any price — total flexibility.
  • Set expiration — or make them never expire.
  • Scope to one location or all of them.
  • Customers see their remaining washes in the app; you see them on your dashboard.

Fleet accounts that sign themselves up.

Local delivery company, rental agency, municipal fleet — they don't want to pay at each bay, and you don't want the paperwork. Print your Fleet Signup QR and hand it over. The company scans it, fills out a short application on their phone, and lands in your Pending Applications list. You tap approve, set their pricing tier and payment terms, and the account is live — no data entry on your end.

  • One QR signs up any fleet — no manual account setup.
  • Approve with a pricing tier and NET 15/30 terms in one sheet.
  • Custom volume-discount tiers per fleet.
  • Drivers then charge washes to the fleet at payment — tagged per company and vehicle.
  • Auto-invoicing: generate (and even send) invoices weekly, biweekly, or monthly, on autopilot. Fleets pay online.

Rewards & gift credit that bring customers back.

Turn every paid wash into points your customers redeem for free washes — loyalty that runs itself. Send a customer wash credit as a thank-you or a make-good, or let customers gift a wash to a friend. It's the repeat-visit engine your coin box never had.

  • Points on every wash — you set the earn rate and the redemption table.
  • Comp wash credit to any customer in one tap (great for service recovery).
  • Customer-to-customer gift washes — new customers, on your existing ones' dime.
Rewards and points settings.

Promotions & promo QR codes.

Run a "$3 off Premium this weekend" or "first wash free" promo in seconds. Generate a promo QR code for a flyer, a yard sign, or a social post — anyone who scans it gets the deal applied automatically at the bay. Cap total redemptions and per-customer use so a promo can't get away from you.

  • Percent-off, free-wash, or free-minutes offers.
  • Scannable promo QR for print and social — no codes to type.
  • Redemption and per-customer limits, plus an expiry date.
Create a promo QR code screen.

Win-back campaigns on autopilot.

When a regular quietly stops coming, RinsePay notices. Set a campaign once — "anyone who hasn't washed in 30 days gets 50% off" — and it emails lapsed customers a comeback offer on the schedule you pick. Set it and forget it; the washes come back on their own.

  • Define "lapsed" by days since last wash.
  • Auto-send a discount or free-wash voucher on a recurring schedule.
  • Built-in cooldown so you never spam the same customer.

Live dashboard. Know what you made before breakfast.

Every wash, every bay, every location. Real-time revenue, active sessions, utilization, and peak hours — broken down by location, by bay, by wash tier, and by payment method. It even overlays the weather, so you can see exactly how a rainy week hit the numbers.

Owner revenue dashboard.

Reports your accountant will actually thank you for.

One tap turns a year of washes into clean documents. A real P&L broken down by location and income type (automatics by tier, self-serve, fleet, subscriptions, bundles) that nets out Stripe's processing fees so "net" is your true take-home. A sales-tax report that backs out tax per location. Payroll exports as PDF or CSV — generic, Gusto, QuickBooks, or ADP. And a QuickBooks-ready transactions CSV.

  • P&L, sales-tax, payroll, and transaction exports — PDF or CSV.
  • Stripe fees captured per transaction, so net is accurate.
  • Schedule a P&L or summary to email itself to you every month.

Unlimited locations. Unlimited bays.

Add a second wash, a third, a tenth — no extra platform fee. One login, one Stripe payout, one operator app for the whole portfolio.

Staff, shifts & payroll when you're ready to grow.

Clock-in, clock-out, timecards, manager roles, granular permissions — built in. Start solo, scale to a team, never switch apps.

  • Attendants clock in/out; managers edit timecards and you export payroll as PDF or CSV (Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP).
  • Per-person permissions — decide exactly who can refund, comp a wash, or see the numbers.
  • Manually start any wash from the app — troubleshoot a bay, comp a customer, test equipment without hunting for quarters.
  • Full and partial refunds in a couple taps, right from the transaction.

QR codes at every bay.

One QR per bay, permanent — print a waterproof sticker or have a sign made, mount it once, forget it. Customers scan with the camera they already carry. Works with Apple Pay, Google Pay, any card.

  • Unique QR per bay — works for retail, membership, bundle, and fleet customers.
  • Print a waterproof sticker or order a full sign — your call.
  • If a customer doesn't have the app yet, the QR falls back to www.rinsepay.app in their browser.
RinsePay bay sticker example.

One controller per bay. $55 each.

The Rinsepay controller plugs into your existing wash equipment and fires the relay the moment payment clears. One device per bay is required — it's what turns a QR scan into an actual running wash. Plug-and-play, OTA firmware updates, online-status monitoring in your dashboard.

  • $55 per bay — one-time hardware cost.
  • Works with both self-serve bays and automatic bays.
  • Ships ready to install. Wires into your existing timer or relay.
  • Firmware updates push automatically. You never touch it again.

Stripe charges a standard 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on top of the platform fee — same card-processing rate they charge everyone. Hardware (the Rinsepay controller at $55/bay) is a one-time cost and sold separately.

Questions operators actually ask.

How fast do I get paid?

Stripe pays out to your bank in 2 business days, automatic. No invoices, no waiting on us.

My bill acceptor still works. Do I have to rip it out?

No. Run both. Your existing coin box, bill acceptor, or credit-card reader (Cryptopay, Hamilton, whatever you're running) can stay in service — RinsePay lives alongside them, not in place of them. Most operators see cash drop to under 20% of revenue within the first quarter, then decide whether to keep the old gear.

Do I need new hardware?

Yes — one Rinsepay controller per bay, $55 per unit. The controller is how a customer's QR scan actually starts the wash (it fires the relay on your existing equipment). Both the QR and the controller are required for the service to function. No subscription on the hardware — it's a one-time purchase.

What's your cut on each wash?

1% of the wash price goes to RinsePay as the platform fee. On top of that, Stripe charges their standard card-processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Everything else lands in your bank.

Can I run loyalty, gift cards, or promotions?

Yes — all built in, no add-ons. Customers earn points on every wash and redeem them for free washes. You can comp wash credit to any customer, customers can gift a wash to a friend, and you can run percent-off or free-wash promos with a scannable promo QR for flyers and social. There's even an automatic win-back campaign that emails lapsed customers a comeback offer.

Will this make tax time easier?

That's one of the best parts. One tap exports a P&L (by location and income type, with Stripe fees netted out), a sales-tax report per location, payroll (PDF or CSV — including Gusto, QuickBooks, and ADP formats), and a QuickBooks-ready transactions CSV. You can even schedule a monthly P&L to email itself to you.

How do fleet customers sign up?

Print your Fleet Signup QR and hand it to the company. They scan it, fill out a short application on their phone, and it lands in your Pending Applications. You tap approve, pick their pricing tier and payment terms, and the account is live — then you can auto-generate (and send) their invoices on a schedule. No manual setup, no paperwork.

Can I try it on one bay first?

Yes. Install one controller, post one QR at that bay, leave everything else untouched. That's how most of our operators started.

What if a customer doesn't have the app?

The QR falls back to www.rinsepay.app in their browser. They can pay on the web — no install required. You still get paid.

What happens if I cancel?

You stop being billed at the end of your current month. Your data stays in the app. Re-activate anytime.
