If you run a self-serve wash, you know the drill.

RinsePay fixes every one of these — the same week you sign up.

Every payment method your customers want. Every revenue stream your coin box can't reach.

Subscriptions that print money every month.

Build a membership for any wash at any price you want — $9.99 for unlimited Basic, $29.99 for unlimited Premium, $49.99 for the works. Regulars auto-pay every month from their signup date and you get predictable recurring revenue whether it rains or not.

  • Any price, any wash — set it up in two clicks.
  • Daily and monthly wash caps (or go unlimited).
  • Limit to specific bay tiers or apply across all your locations.
  • Cancel-anytime plans — customers keep washing until their period ends, then billing stops.

Bundles: cash up front, washes on their schedule.

Build a prepaid pack for any number of washes at any price you want. Three washes for $20. Ten for $45. Fifty for $180. You set the count, you set the price. Customers pay today, redeem whenever.

  • Any number of washes, any price — total flexibility.
  • Set expiration — or make them never expire.
  • Scope to one location or all of them.
  • Customers see their remaining washes in the app; you see them on your dashboard.

Fleet accounts. B2B revenue on autopilot.

Local delivery company, rental agency, municipal fleet — they don't want to pay at each bay. Give them one invoice a month. Drivers scan the same QR any other customer uses; the app recognizes the fleet account and tags every wash to the right company and vehicle. You send a NET15/NET30 invoice on the schedule you pick.

  • No special QR code — just the regular bay QR.
  • Custom pricing tiers per fleet.
  • Track washes per company and per vehicle, line-itemed on the invoice.
  • Auto-generate invoices weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Live dashboard. Know what you made before breakfast.

Every wash, every bay, every location. Real-time revenue, active sessions, utilization, peak hours. Open the app once a day and you know exactly where your money's coming from.

Unlimited locations. Unlimited bays.

Add a second wash, a third, a tenth — no extra platform fee. One login, one Stripe payout, one operator app for the whole portfolio.

Staff & shifts when you're ready to grow.

Clock-in, clock-out, shift history, refund permissions — built in. Start solo, scale to a team, never switch apps.

  • Manually start any wash from the app — troubleshoot a bay, comp a customer, test equipment without hunting for quarters.
  • Shift history and refund permissions so your team can handle customers without calling you.
  • Issue refunds in one tap, right from the transaction.

QR codes at every bay.

One QR per bay, permanent — print a waterproof sticker or have a sign made, mount it once, forget it. Customers scan with the camera they already carry. Works with Apple Pay, Google Pay, any card.

  • Unique QR per bay — works for retail, membership, bundle, and fleet customers.
  • Print a waterproof sticker or order a full sign — your call.
  • If a customer doesn't have the app yet, the QR falls back to www.rinsepay.app in their browser.

One controller per bay. $50 each.

The Rinsepay controller plugs into your existing wash equipment and fires the relay the moment payment clears. One device per bay is required — it's what turns a QR scan into an actual running wash. Plug-and-play, OTA firmware updates, online-status monitoring in your dashboard.

  • $50 per bay — one-time hardware cost.
  • Ships ready to install. Wires into your existing timer or relay.
  • Firmware updates push automatically. You never touch it again.

Stripe charges a standard 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on top of the platform fee — same card-processing rate they charge everyone. Hardware (the Rinsepay controller at $50/bay) is a one-time cost and sold separately.

Questions operators actually ask.

How fast do I get paid?

Stripe pays out to your bank in 2 business days, automatic. No invoices, no waiting on us.

My bill acceptor still works. Do I have to rip it out?

No. Run both. Your existing coin box, bill acceptor, or credit-card reader (Cryptopay, Hamilton, whatever you're running) can stay in service — RinsePay lives alongside them, not in place of them. Most operators see cash drop to under 20% of revenue within the first quarter, then decide whether to keep the old gear.

Do I need new hardware?

Yes — one Rinsepay controller per bay, $50 per unit. The controller is how a customer's QR scan actually starts the wash (it fires the relay on your existing equipment). Both the QR and the controller are required for the service to function. No subscription on the hardware — it's a one-time purchase.

What's your cut on each wash?

1% of the wash price goes to RinsePay as the platform fee. On top of that, Stripe charges their standard card-processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Everything else lands in your bank.

Can I try it on one bay first?

Yes. Install one controller, post one QR at that bay, leave everything else untouched. That's how most of our operators started.

What if a customer doesn't have the app?

The QR falls back to www.rinsepay.app in their browser. They can pay on the web — no install required. You still get paid.

What happens if I cancel?

You stop being billed at the end of your current month. Your data stays in the app. Re-activate anytime.
